The Lakes Distillery Whisky Tasting

Join The Lakes Distillery at Grain & Glass for a whisky tasting on 24th May to explore the design-led whiskymaking approach adopted by The Lakes Single Malt. Taking inspiration from Cognac’s cellarmasters, they have taken the concept of élevage – a proactive involvement in whisky’s maturation – to create intriguing layers of flavour. Elevage is their active commitment throughout the ageing process, conducting the interplay between spirit, oak, and air, to craft their whisky’s distinctive flavour & indulgent finish.

Hemil Haria, from the Lakes Distillery, will be showcasing an exciting rich and indulgent new release, Galáxia and you’ll have the opportunity to sample the award-winning finale of The Whiskymaker’s Reserve series, No.7, alongside four other single malts from their collection.
