A guided online tasting through our very own Grain & Glass curated ‘Cask Influences’ Whisky Collection

Amy Seton, whisky expert and owner of Grain & Glass, will be guiding a tasting through our selection of whiskies showcasing some of the best examples of ‘cask finished’ whiskies.

Whisky can be matured in different types of cask that have contained other types of drinks before being used in the maturation process. This influence creates lots of different flavour profiles within the whisky. This tasting looks at whisky with six different types of cask influence, and the impact they have.

The line up will feature:

Paul John Pedro Ximénez Select Cask, 48% abv

The English Whisky Co. Small Batch Wine Cask Matured, 46% abv

Waterford Arcadian Gaia 1.1, 50% abv

Glen Moray Rhum Agricole Cask Finish Project, 46.3% abv

Tomatin 14 Year Old Port Pipe Finish, 46% abv

Port Charlotte OLC:01 2010, 55.1% abv

(each whisky will be a 25ml sample in our Grain & Glass branded mini bottles, sent without the gift box)
